Most recently I was COO of Coalmarch, a marketing and technology company that serves home-services businesses across North America. I joined in 2016 to run inbound marketing and was named COO in 2018, leading operations, client services, and digital strategy. Years of that work were spent inside the home-services world from the agency side — seeing up close what separates the businesses that grow from the ones that stay stuck.
Before Coalmarch, I ran marketing at Triangle Pest Control — so I've also been on your side of it, inside a home-services company and responsible for the number. Earlier on, I worked at ChannelAdvisor, Click Optimize, and RH Donnelley, in e-commerce, paid media, and the kind of conversion-focused work that turns spend into results.
The thread through all of it is simple: people helping people. I price honestly and out in the open. I'll tell an owner the truth even when it costs me the engagement. And I build things you keep — the systems, the dashboards, and the know-how stay with you when the work is done. No lock-in, no dependency, no games.
I'm a graduate of Gannon University. I live in Raleigh with my wife Danielle, a registered dietitian, and our three kids. When I'm not working, I'm usually running or listening to music — often both at once.
