Who you're hiring

I'm Frank Andolina.

I built The Almanac, the software that tells a home-services owner what a customer is worth and what to spend on ads to win more like them. I built it because I have spent my whole career on the results-first side of marketing, and years inside a pest control company, and I kept watching good owners guess at the one number that decides their growth. When you reach out, you get me, an operator who has sat in your seat, not an account manager.

The short version

You're not hiring a firm. You're hiring a person who has run this kind of business.

I'm not building an agency, and I don't plan to. The experience is the point: fifteen years of running and serving real home-services businesses, applied straight to yours. No layers, no handoffs, no one learning on your dime.

I've been on both sides of this. I've sat in the operator's seat, responsible for the number, and I've spent years on the agency side watching up close what separates the home-services businesses that grow from the ones that stay stuck. That combination, an operator who also builds modern, AI-fluent tools, is the whole reason Ando Systems exists.

The thread through all of it is simple: people helping people. I price out in the open, I tell owners the truth even when it costs me the engagement, and I build things you keep.

How I work

The same three things, every engagement.

You work with me directly

You get me on your business, start to finish. Not an account manager, not a template, not a rotating team.

Honest, out in the open

Published pricing. I recommend only what will actually help, and I'll tell you the truth even when it costs me the engagement.

Build things you keep

The systems, the dashboards, and the know-how stay with you when the work is done. No lock-in, no dependency, no games.

Off the clock

I'm a graduate of Gannon University. I live in Raleigh with my wife Danielle, a registered dietitian, and our three kids. When I'm not working, I'm usually running or listening to music, often both at once.

Next step

Spend on the customers who pay you.

Request beta access to The Almanac, or have me run it with you. Straight answers either way, no pitch.
