What is a customer actually worth to you?
Not an industry average. Yours, measured from your own sales history. Drop the export, see the number. Takes about two minutes.
This is the backward loop: instead of chasing which click became a customer, your own history tells you what a customer is worth and where the good ones came from.
- 1Drop your export
- 2See what a customer is worth
- 3Decide what to do with it
Nothing is uploaded, stored, or seen by us; the math runs entirely on your machine, and closing the tab erases it. Works with exports from PestPac, FieldRoutes, RealGreen, Briostack, Clypboard, QuickBooks, or any spreadsheet.
All we need are three columns:
1. Customer
A name, account, or location. Anything that identifies one customer.
2. Date
When the work or invoice happened.
3. Amount
What the row was worth in dollars.
Got Service or City columns too? Include them and you'll also see which services and which areas produce your best customers. Don't worry about column names; you'll confirm which is which in the next step.
Almanac Beta
Want this measured all year?
Almanac keeps it measured: lifetime value that stays current, and a marketing budget graded on the customers it actually wins, never clicks. It's in beta; I'm taking on a small group of pest and lawn companies as beta testers for a 3-month trial: your real data, your weekly number, no charge during beta.
And if you want more than software: the consulting side is not in beta. Twenty years of pest and lawn paid search, working your numbers with you directly, starting now.
Rather have a person run your file? Email the export to frank@andosystems.com and Frank will send your readout back within a day.
