Frank Andolina spent years as COO at Coalmarch working with pest companies on their marketing. He now builds demand research tools for operators, and brings the data to association stages: no product pitch, no vendor session, just what the market actually does and when to spend against it.
Operators already use degree-day models to predict when pests emerge. This session applies the same science to the other side of the phone: when the weather wakes the pests, the calls come, and the relationship is measurable. Four seasons of data across dozens of metros show customer demand tracking temperature at r=0.93 against years of search behavior, with a two to three week lead before the phones move. Then the practical half: what a demand calendar means for staffing, scheduling, and timing a budget.
Attendees leave with their own state's demand calendar, split by region where the state genuinely differs.
Frank ran operations at one of the industry's best-known marketing agencies and now sits on the operator's side of the table. He grades marketing on signed customers, not clicks, and the talk reflects it: the stage gets the data, not a sales pitch. Slides and the state calendar are shared with attendees afterward.
